What is Workflow Automation?

Workflow Automation is a business automation software tool. Workflow Automation enables you to connect various different services to automate your business processes. Automating workflows and processes is neither difficult nor expensive using Workflow Automation.

Workflow Automation uses a no-code approach. Yes you've read correctly, coding skills are NOT necessary to bring your enterprise forward with Workflow Automation.

NOTE

Workflow Automation is still in the early phase of development. We try our best not to introduce breaking changes, but be cautious until v1 is released.

How does Workflow Automation work?

Workflow Automation has been designed to help streamline your workflows by easily integrating the various different services you use.

Using Workflow Automation will save you time and money on building integrations or having to hire someone to create it for your needs.

For example you could create a workflow for your team by specifying two steps: "Search all Tweets that include the Workflow Automation keyword" and "post those Tweets into a specified Slack channel."

This example is one of the internal workflows we use to test our product. This flow only includes Twitter and Slack services, but many more possible connections exist. You may check our list of integrations here.

Once a workflow – we simply call it flow – has been set up it will run continuously until you stop it manually or the connected account gets unlinked.

Currently workflows are set to run at 15 minute intervals, though we're planning to extend this behaviour and support instant updates if available with the third-party services.
